4. Automated decision-making

4.2 This automated decision-making will involve verifying your details with credit reference agencies including Experian.
4.3 The significance and possible consequences of this automated decision-making are that you will not be allowed access to medicines if we believe that you have supplied us with erroneous information.
5. Providing your personal data to others
5.1 We may disclose your personal data to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes, and on the legal bases, set out in this policy.
5.2 We may disclose your personal data to our insurers and/or professional advisers insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, and obtaining professional advice.
5.3 Your personal data held in our website database will be stored on the servers of our hosting services providers.
5.4 We may disclose Your name, address, contact details, and details of medicines that are prescribed or supplied to our suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for processing your order, delivering any treatments, liaising with your GP, liaising with other recognised medical services (including hospitals, NHS 111 and the 999 emergency services), liaising with local authorities, and for security testing (including cyber security tests performed by contractors used to ensure our systems are safe). We do not knowingly share your details with any third party organisation that will use them for direct marketing purposes. .
5.5 Financial transactions relating to our website and services may be handled by our payment services providers, Stripe and Ecwid. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. 7. Retaining and deleting personal data
7.1 This Section 7 sets out our data retention policies and procedures, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal data.

7.4.1 the period of retention of all personal data provided will be determined based on the use of such data. Medical records will be retained for a minimum of 10 years in line with advice from UK regulators.
7.5 If you grant to us a licence to publish any of your personal data, we may continue to retain and publish that personal data after the end of the relevant retention period specified in this Section 7 in accordance with the applicable licence terms, subject to your data subject rights.
7.6 Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 7, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
